After 3 consecutive Weakspot Hits, increase the damage of the next Weakspot Hit by 20%. Level 10: Increases Weakspot Critical Chance by 15%.

Up right in the area there will be a statue with the Doe and Ravager guarded by 2 Pan Warriors. Clear it and equip the Red Doe Sigil. At the front of the statue it will move revealing a hidden staircase leading to the Rotten Thaen Fruit, use it to get the Mutator.
